Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new batteries with new order for small quantity. For defective  batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.

We adopt T/T, Paypal and so on. If order amount>10K usd, the payment term will be 30%T/T for deposit and the balance before shipment.

Normally, our delivery data is about 7-30 days after order confirmed, but it also depends on the order quantity and different production season.
